Once you approve the proposal, sign contracts, and pay your deposit, I’ll set you up with your personalized Project Hub!
This essential tool will streamline our communication and deliverables, making it incredibly easy to share files, give feedback, and efficiently manage our project. The hub also includes workbooks and guides to assist you throughout the process. Plus, I'll be here to support you every step of the way!
When you’re all set up and cozy in the hub, we will pick your project kick-off date and schedule a call to dive into your brand and clarify any questions you may have before we start.
On your kick-off date, your next payment and any materials I need from you are also due - but don’t worry, you’ll find guides and checklists in the hub for everything you need, like website copy, design questionnaires, photo assets, and logins.
After our kick-off date, I will be busy bringing your project to life. You’ll receive comprehensive design presentations to help you visualize your branding, feedback guides, and streamlined communication. When you receive presentations, you will have two business days to respond with design feedback. This helps to keep our project on track with timelines and ensures you receive all of your materials on time!
I've found that structuring my client flow this way is highly beneficial for both my clients and myself. It eliminates the stress of figuring out what I need from you and when, so the only things you need to think about once we start the project are feedback and approvals. This streamlined approach ensures a smoother, more efficient process, making the entire experience more enjoyable and productive for everyone involved.
Once the project is complete, you’ll pay your final invoice and receive all your designs, neatly packaged and ready to launch!
